Professional Experience :Her main research interests concerns with the study of the electron-transfer ability of metal complexes (from coordination to organometallic derivatives) by electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical techniques (UV-vis-NIR, IR).
She is author of 58 papers in international scientific journals.
The publishing activity in the field of electrochemistry of inorganic compounds mainly covers sandwich complexes and metal complexes cointaining redox-active ligands.
In last years, her research areas broadened to the study of antioxidant properties of natural products (wine, propoli, polyphenols etc. ) by cyclic voltammetry technique, synthesis of new iron chelators , preparation and characterization of biocompatible films based on Metal-Phenolic-Networks.
Her teaching activities are mainly in the field of Inorganic Chemistry.
