Special Educational Laboratory Staff of the Department of Animal Science of University of Thessaly. 25 years of experience in food industries with emphasis on animal products (Cheese-making dairy supplements, meat products, fish products ), emulsion and dressing industry, table olives processing and fermentation industries. Level of responsibility: Quality control, Lab Managment, Training managment , Quality assurance, New product development, Production manager.
10 years of lab teaching experience at the Department of Food Technology of Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly. Participation in three research projects the food industries with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, EFET, University of Macedonia, TEI of Athens, National Technical University of Athens, Agricultural University of Athens, Jiangsu University of China.

Participation in Erasmus + KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exgange of good practices ,KA203 Strategic Partnership for Higher Education: Innovative Dairy Science education material development ,focused on Products, Processes, Quality, Safety & Entrepreneurship, using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Open Educational Resources (OER).
