    10 years of lab teaching experience at the Department of Food Technology of Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly. Participation in three research projects the food industries with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, EFET, University of Macedonia, TEI of Athens, National Technical University of Athens, Agricultural University of Athens, Jiangsu University of China.
